Despite my initial hiccup with room reservations, the staff efficiently resolved my requests, reinforcing a sense of hospitality that felt more personal than corporate. Although not immaculately pristine, the cozy atmosphere contributed to an overall welcoming vibe. For lunch, I explored nearby eateries, finding a splendid culinary scene within a short walk. Café Rimon and Shanty became personal favorites, both providing enticing local flavours that complemented the hotel's offerings. If you're seeking a genuine experience with an emphasis on local cuisine, Kaplan offers a homey feel and a gateway to delightful culinary exploration.
